Returns & Refunds
Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition that you received it
- in its original packaging
To initiate a return, you must send a request by email to info@trackd.be.
Returns Process
Once your return request is approved, you can send the product back to us.
Please ensure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you by email.
If your return is approved:
- your refund will be processed
- the amount will be refunded to your original payment method
The refund is issued as soon as the returned product is received and validated.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card provider
3. Contact your bank
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@trackd.be.
Non-returnable conditions
We reserve the right to refuse returns if:
- the product has been used
- the product is damaged (not due to our error)
- the original packaging is missing
